Our Story

Our story began in the heart of Morelia, Michoacán, amidst the global pause of the 2021 pandemic. It was a time when the world slowed down, but our ambition did not. With a family legacy deeply rooted in the avocado industry, we envisioned a venture that was both a nod to tradition and a leap into innovation. Thus, in the quaint corners of Morelia, our microbrewery was born.

Avocado

The family spirit, combined with an entrepreneurial spark, led us to explore the untapped potential of avocados in brewing. We dared to be different, adding a twist of avocado elements to each brew we crafter. Our range in Mexico boasts five distinctive beer styles that celebrate the versatility of the avocado: a refreshing Weissbier with subtle notes of avocado leaves, a robust Brown Ale enriched with the earthy tones of avocado pit, and a deep Porter Beer sweetened with avocado blossom honey. The promise of an IPA infused with avocado leaves is just on the horizon, ready to tantalize the curious palates of hop aficionados.
